2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:
– Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date for both software products and training services.
– You must provide:

* A reason for the refund request
Refund requests submitted after the 14‑day period cannot be honoured.

3. Software Refund Conditions

Because software products are delivered digitally, refunds can only be issued if one of the following conditions is met:
– The software licence has not been activated, or

4. Training Refund Conditions

Refunds for training services—whether online or in‑person—are available only if:
– The request is made within the 14‑day window, and
– The client has not completed more than 20% of the training content or attended more than one session.
If substantial portions of the training have been completed or accessed, Prokon Software Limited may reduce or decline the refund.

5. Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be issued for the original purchase amount, minus any applicable bank charges such as payment‑gateway fees or transaction-processing costs.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless an alternative arrangement has been mutually agreed upon. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.
